REFUND* & CANCELLATION POLICY
When notice of cancellation is given more than one week prior to tour departure date, Full Refund is Guaranteed.
When notice of cancellation is given less than one week prior to tour departure a 50% Refund is Guaranteed.
When notice of cancellation is given less than 24 hours prior to tour departure, or No Show occurs, there is No Refund.
*Any refund will incur a 3% admin fee due to bank transaction fees charged to Fine Wine Tours for processing your initial payment.
Unless negotiated in advance as a Private Tour, your booking is confirmed on the understanding that it does not constitute a Private Tour for you or your group, and that other clients may be included.
PICK UP is from your accommodation reception area – or prearranged tour pickup zone.
If you are not present within a reasonable time at the pick-up point (e.g. within 10 mins of schedule) you will forfeit your booking with no refund.
Fine Wine Tours reserves the right to alter some tour details and pricing, if necessary.
Loss or damage of items through theft or negligence is not the responsibility of Fine Wine Tours.
